Performing Songwriter Magazine contacted DDI because of their dissatisfaction with their current vendor, in particular the poor performing and outdated CRM and e-commerce solution that was negatively impacting their advertising sales and hindering their customer relations efforts. They needed a set of powerful new tools for managing their products, material requests and their customer contact information across multiple locations.
After doing an onsite analysis of their long-term internal needs, we began building a suite of web-based CRM tools that made their previous software (Entourage, ACT, Excel) obsolete by centralizing their contact and advertising data into a single, flexible, CRM. To ensure that it could be accessed from multiple locations, we developed it as an advanced, yet easy to use, web-based application.
This state-of-the-art CRM comes with an impressive array of tools for managing contacts, companies, ads, issues, products, and users, with integrated searching, sorting, reporting, and import/export tools. Other features include highly customizable search views, exportability of any screen of data to CSV, and multi-level security processes and access highlight a CRM system that is currently managing thousands of records of data and has an unlimited amount of capacity.
